Indian Navy : दस्तावेज़ सत्यापन के दौरान अस्वीकृति के सामान्य कारण इस प्रकार हैं :
(ए) ई-प्रवेश पत्र/आवेदन में उम्मीदवार का नाम 10वीं प्रमाणपत्र, 12वीं प्रमाणपत्र, डिप्लोमा प्रमाणपत्र, फोटो आईडी कार्ड, एससी/एसटी/ओबीसी/ईडब्ल्यूएस प्रमाणपत्र, और आवेदन में अपलोड किए गए किसी अन्य प्रमाणपत्र के अनुसार नहीं है l
(बी) ई-प्रवेश पत्र/आवेदन में उम्मीदवार की जन्म तिथि 10वीं प्रमाण पत्र, 12वीं प्रमाण पत्र, डिप्लोमा प्रमाण पत्र, फोटो आईडी कार्ड, एससी/एसटी/ओबीसी/ईडब्ल्यूएस प्रमाण पत्र, और आवेदन में अपलोड किए गए किसी अन्य प्रमाण पत्र के अनुसार नहीं है l
(सी) ई-प्रवेश पत्र/आवेदन में उम्मीदवार के पिता/माता का नाम 10वीं प्रमाणपत्र, 12वीं प्रमाणपत्र, डिप्लोमा प्रमाणपत्र, फोटो आईडी कार्ड, अनुसूचित जाति/अनुसूचित जनजाति/ओबीसी/ईडब्ल्यूएस प्रमाणपत्र, और में अपलोड किए गए किसी अन्य प्रमाणपत्र के अनुसार नहीं है आवेदन पत्र।
(डी) आवश्यक मूल दस्तावेजों की गैर-प्रस्तुति।
(ई) एससी / एसटी / ईडब्ल्यूएस / ओबीसी (गैर-क्रीमी लेयर) प्रमाण पत्र समाप्त हो गया।
(च) अनुसूचित जाति/अनुसूचित जनजाति/अन्य पिछड़ा वर्ग (नॉन-क्रीमी लेयर)/ईडब्ल्यूएस प्रमाणपत्र भारत सरकार के अंतर्गत पदों पर नियुक्ति के लिए आईसीजी वेबसाइट पर प्रख्यापित प्रारूप के अनुसार नहीं है।
(छ) अनधिकृत बोर्ड/विश्वविद्यालय द्वारा जारी शैक्षिक दस्तावेज।
(ज) उम्मीदवार द्वारा आवेदन पत्र में उल्लिखित गलत श्रेणी (एससी/एसटी/ओबीसी (नॉन-क्रीमी लेयर)/ईडब्ल्यूएस/यूआर) और दस्तावेजों के साथ विधिवत समर्थित नहीं है।
(i) प्रत्येक विषय के अंक और आवेदन में उल्लिखित कुल प्रतिशत (बिना पूर्णांकित किए तीन दशमलव स्थानों तक) उम्मीदवारों द्वारा जमा किए गए सहायक दस्तावेजों से मेल नहीं खाते। जिससे आवेदन पत्र में गलत जानकारी दी जा रही है। आवेदन में गलत जानकारी उम्मीदवारी को रद्द करने की ओर ले जाती है।
(जे) आवेदन पत्र में फोटो उम्मीदवार के साथ मेल नहीं खाता है।
(ट) निर्धारित परीक्षा केंद्र पर लिखित परीक्षा के समय आवेदन/ई-प्रवेश पत्र में हस्ताक्षर मेल नहीं खाते।
(एल) भर्ती के विभिन्न चरणों के दौरान आवेदन में जमा किए गए पासपोर्ट या ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस या आधार कार्ड या वोटर आईडी कार्ड या पैन कार्ड जैसे पहचान के मूल वैध प्रमाण के कब्जे में नहीं है।
(एम) रंगीन मुद्रित आवेदन और ई-प्रवेश पत्र के कब्जे में नहीं है
(एन) नविक (जीडी) के लिए, यदि उम्मीदवार को गणित और भौतिकी में असफल घोषित किया जाता है, भले ही उम्मीदवार को संबंधित बोर्ड द्वारा कक्षा 12 में उत्तीर्ण घोषित किया गया हो
(ओ) उक्त पद के लिए विज्ञापन में उल्लिखित आयु मानदंड को पूरा नहीं करना।
(पी) लिखित परीक्षा रिकॉर्ड के साथ आपके बायोमेट्रिक का बेमेल होना।
(क्यू) स्टेज I, स्टेज II और स्टेज III के दिन/समय पर गैर-रिपोर्टिंग।
(आर) चरण- II के लिए ई-प्रवेश पत्र डाउनलोड करने से पहले अपलोड किए गए सभी दस्तावेजों की जारी करने की तारीख आवेदन की अंतिम तिथि के बाद है।
(एस) चरण II के दौरान जमा किए गए दस्तावेज़ की ज़ेरॉक्स कॉपी ऑनलाइन आवेदन में अपलोड किए गए दस्तावेज़ों से मेल नहीं खाती है।
(टी) उम्मीदवार के नाम में बेमेल, पिता का नाम, माता का नाम, जन्म तिथि, फोटो आईडी कार्ड में फोटो आईडी नंबर और ऑनलाइन आवेदन में जमा किए गए विवरण।
(यू) ऑनलाइन आवेदन में अपलोड किए गए दस्तावेज सही नहीं हैं या गलत तरीके से अपलोड किए गए हैं। उदाहरण के लिए, 12वीं कक्षा पास प्रमाणपत्र अपलोड करने के स्थान पर 10वीं कक्षा पास प्रमाणपत्र अपलोड करना।
(v) 10वीं कक्षा पास प्रमाणपत्र संख्या ऑनलाइन आवेदन में प्रस्तुत विवरण से मेल नहीं खाती।
(डब्ल्यू) ऑनलाइन आवेदन और सहायक दस्तावेजों में प्रदान की गई जानकारी में कोई बेमेल।
(x) आवेदन पत्र में प्रमाण पत्र और जानकारी में कोई अन्य विसंगति/ बेमेल।
(वाई) आवेदन में कोई झूठी घोषणा।
(जेड) परीक्षा के चरण-II के लिए ई-प्रवेश पत्र डाउनलोड करने से पहले तक दस्तावेजों/अतिरिक्त दस्तावेजों को अपलोड करना प्रतिबंधित है। चरण- II परीक्षा के ई-प्रवेश पत्र को डाउनलोड करने के बाद उम्मीदवार द्वारा कोई अतिरिक्त दस्तावेज अपलोड नहीं किया जा सकता है। यह स्पष्ट रूप से समझा जाना चाहिए कि चरण- II दस्तावेज़ सत्यापन के दौरान किसी भी अतिरिक्त दस्तावेज़ को अपलोड करने के किसी भी अनुरोध पर विचार नहीं किया जाएगा। चरण- II के लिए ई-प्रवेश पत्र डाउनलोड करने से पहले सही दस्तावेज अपलोड करने में विफल रहने पर उम्मीदवार की उम्मीदवारी रद्द कर दी जाएगी।
(एए) आईसीजी वेबसाइट और विशेष बैच के सीजीईपीटी विज्ञापन में उल्लिखित उम्मीदवार द्वारा किसी भी निर्देश का पालन नहीं किया गया है।
Indian Navy : Common reasons for rejection during document verification is as follows
(a) Name of the candidate in the e-admit card/ application is not as per the 10th certificate, 12th Certificate, Diploma certificate, photo ID card, SC/ST/OBC/EWS Certificate, and any other certificate uploaded in the application.
(b) Date of Birth of candidate in the e-admit card/ application is not as per 10th certificate, 12th certificate, Diploma certificate, photo ID card, SC/ST/OBC/EWS Certificate, and any other certificate uploaded in the application.
(c) Father’s/ Mother’s Name of the candidate in the e-admit card/ application is not as per 10th certificate, 12th certificate, Diploma certificate, photo ID card, SC/ST/OBC/EWS Certificate, and any other certificate uploaded in the application.
(d) Nonsubmission of required original documents.
(e) Expired SC/ ST/ EWS / OBC (non- creamy layer) certificate.
(f) SC/ST/OBC (non-creamy layer)/EWS certificate not as per format promulgated on ICG website for appointment to the posts under Government of India.
(g) Educational document issued by unauthorized board/ university.
(h) Wrong Category (SC/ ST/ OBC (non-creamy layer)/ EWS/ UR) mentioned in the application form by the candidate and not duly supported with documents.
(i) The marks for each subject and the aggregate percentage (up to three decimal places without rounding off) mentioned in the application not matching with the supporting documents submitted by the candidates. Thereby, leading to false information in the application form. False information in the application leads to the cancellation of candidature.
(j) Photograph in the application form does not match with the candidate.
(k) Signature in the application/ e-admit card does not match at the time of written examination at the designated exam center.
(l) Not in possession of original valid proof of identity such as passport or driving license or Aadhar card or Voter ID Card or PAN Card as submitted in the application during various stages of recruitment.
(m) Not in possession of colored printed application and e-admit card
(n) For Navik (GD), if the candidate is declared as Fail in Maths and Physics even if the candidate is declared as pass in grade 12 by the respective board
(o) Not meeting the age criteria as mentioned in the advertisement for the said post.
(p) Mismatch of your biometric with written examination record.
(q) Non-reporting on the day/time of Stage I, Stage II, and Stage III.
(r) The issue date of all the documents uploaded prior to downloading the E-admit card for Stage-II is after the closing date of the application.
(s) The Xerox copy of the document submitted during stage II does not matching with the documents uploaded in the online application.
(t) Mismatch in the candidate’s name, Father’s Name, Mother’s Name, Date of Birth, photo ID number in the photo ID card, and the details as submitted in the online application.
(u) The documents uploaded in the online application are not correct or uploaded incorrectly. For example, uploading a 10th class pass certificate in place of uploading a 12th class pass certificate.
(v) The 10th class pass certificate number does not matching with the details submitted in the online application.
(w) Any mismatch in information as provided in the online application and supporting documents.
(x) Any other discrepancy/mismatch in certificates and information in the application form.
(y) Any false declaration in the application.
(z) Uploading of documents/additional documents is restricted till prior to downloading the E-admit card for Stage-II of examination. No additional documents can be uploaded by the candidate after downloading the E-admit card of the Stage-II examination. It is to be clearly understood that any request for uploading any additional document during Stage-II document verification will not be entertained. Failure to upload correct documents, prior to downloading the E-admit card for Stage-II, will lead to the cancellation of the candidature of the candidate.
(aa) Any directives not complied by the candidate mentioned on the ICG website and the CGEPT advertisement for the particular batch.
